I have Kabel deucthland 400 home internet pack.
I have given request prior to first invoice itself for the cancellation of security package.
But it is billed all the time. I have raised this in community and resolved saying it is cancelled. Even i received cancellation confirmation letter to home.
But now, again i have been billed with security package.
Please correct and refund all my prior bills related to security package and not to trouble again.

I do not remember the exact date.
Once I done it through the online portal contact email option, at the end of June 2017.
Redone the request via this community right after the next day of the previous invoice. I received the confirm in the forum thread that it is cancelled. and received the letter in a week later.
